We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reports Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our product catalog, monitor account performance, and provide key support to ensure seamless operations in the e-commerce marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Enhance product detail pages with compelling A+ content to boost customer engagement.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

• Regularly review account health metrics and address performance notifications promptly.

• Submit, track, and resolve cases with Seller Support to address operational issues.

• Track and manage seller feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to optimize product discoverability and visibility.

• Download and analyze recurring reports to provide actionable insights for operational
  
  improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Amazon platform catalog/account management (required).

• Experience in data-driven ads such as PPC.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and Seller Support.

• Proficiency in data analysis and using e-commerce platforms/tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be willing to work in a Hybrid set-up in Pasay City.

• Must be willing to work in a night-shift schedule.
