Job Description

  • Develop go-to-market strategies, drive seller/brand growth, and manage merchandise plans for a specific category/cluster.
  • Break down objectives, create budget plans, and translate goals into actionable steps.
  • Oversee the merchant ecosystem, identifying high-potential merchants and new product opportunities while managing risks.
  • Execute and manage key merchant strategies.
  • Lead the category team, ensuring that objectives and key results (OKRs) are achieved.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, consulting, internet strategy, market research, or business analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem, value propositions, and crafting business proposals by aligning business strengths with customer needs.
  • Proven ability in project delivery, commercial negotiations, and relationship management, along with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and a solid understanding of the eCommerce industry.
