Job Description:

A Retail leasing admin assistant manages leasing and tenant accounts for a retail space, such as a mall. They also ensure that leasing policies and procedures are followed. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare lease paperwork, including applications, contracts, and term sheets
  • Screen potential tenants
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out tasks
  • Maintain leasing records
  • Create marketing materials
  • Address rental concerns
  • Prepare documents for store openings and closings
  • Ensure compliance with leasing policies
  • Coordinate with mall administration on leasing and accounting matters
  • Coordinate with tenants and related departments
