Job Objective:
To oversee the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the Local Store Marketing approaches in his/her assigned Area (store level) to drive guest traffic and generate sales by executing and implementing the brand strategy and guidelines.
Special Requirements:
Work Experience : Must have 2 years’ experience in the similar field and at least 1 year in similar capacity. With at least 2 years extensive experience in the food service industry is preferred.
Education : Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any 4-year Business Course Certification Required: N/A Preferred but not required: N/A Work Location 30% Office, 70% Field
Others : Knowledge: Marketing Principles, Branding, Industry and Market Knowledge, Sales Principles, Restaurant Operations Standards. WORK DESCRIPTION:
Responsibility
Local Store Marketing
A. Assist, coach, and monitor Store Teams in identifying sales and branding opportunities; design possible Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives by providing necessary LSM materials and data to help realize Sales Budget. This includes program feasibility studies which involve Flow Thru Profit and Breakeven Sales and TC computation.
B. Conduct competitive check for stores and monitor update of LSM program through constant communication and report from store operations.
C. Recommends potential sales building activities within the assigned area and refer this opportunity to the Area Business Manager for further analysis and study.
D. Document LSM concerns of stores and send to the Area Business Manager for proper endorsement to involved department/s and ensure resolution is made on time.
E. Conduct marketing audits to assigned Area assignment to ensure compliance on the following:
a. Standard store ambiance (music, TVC, viewing of programs suitable for all audiences, etc.)
b. LSM Store Fact book is available and updated.
c. All agreed and approved LSM activations and Strategic Partnership Program are being implemented diligently and properly.
d. Accordance to Super Card minimums on acquisition and retention programs, execution of LSM activities on Super Card UPT boosting, if any.
e. Functions Segment Policies and Procedures, i.e. all its minimums are followed and implemented.
F. Spot check guest feedback on LSM program implementation and promotions conducted by the Area; prepare summary report on a per project basis.
G. Gather vital information from assigned Area to help support the recommendation of Corporate Marketing on sales building initiatives.
H. Support and assist during execution of national and localized Marketing events such as Sales Rally, etc.
I. Monitor and assist stores in executing developed strategies and business plans for new and existing stores together with the Restaurant Manager and RMC of the assigned area.
