Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or any related courses.

• Should be keen on details; organized; with ability to handle pressures with ease.

• With excellent communication and presentation skills. Can speak and understand other language/dialect (plus points)

• Self-motivated and very systematic with all the process and procedures in achieving sales target.

• Should be teamplayer, passionate, willing to work long hours/weekends/holiday if needed.

• Preferably residing in Cavite.

Job Description:

• Generates new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.

• Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles.

• Follow-up for collection of payment.

• Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns. Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.

• Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.

• Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items.

• Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.

• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.

• Setup and maintain customer files.

• Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.

• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the Marketing Team.

• Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software.

• Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.

• Make sure that the Sales Office is well maintained and provide suggestion on how we can help improve sales in the assigned area.
