. Training strategy and Execution
- Set objectives and develop annual plans of Innisfree training such as training, program development, training strategy of the year, annual training plan, and performance measures of the training.
- Partner with Innisfree headquarter, and develop and customize training material and programs for Innisfree Philippines
- Be the hiring manager of all field employees in Innisfree Philippines to ensure fully staffed and educated prior to store open and to replace open positions at stores.
- Lead onboarding field employees, train them about brands and products, sales skills, store management.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and HQ to ensure successful new product launch programs.
- Create, develop, and execute the coaching strategy and training calendar to enable stakeholders to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals both in classroom and in-store.
- Responsible for training setup, training materials/collaterals/products’ inventory, upkeep, and maintenance.
- Responsible for the maintenance of staff’s grooming, selling skills, customer service, motivation, grievance handling and discipline.
- Monitor and strengthen productivity, focusing on selling skills and product knowledge.
B. Sales Operation
- Takes command responsibility over the conceptualization, development, reinforcement, and evaluation of store operations organizational structures.
- Ensures sales team has the necessary requirements and resources to perform properly assigned tasks.
- Evaluates sales performance of Beauty Advisors through following established KPIs and provides feedback, support, coaching and training to optimize performance.
- Works closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives.
- Formulates sales policies and store procedures for optimum team performance and compliance with company directives.
- Responsible for ensuring that all problems within Sales-support are solved and documented.
- Implements strategic sales plan to accommodate corporate goals and accelerate new business.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program in a defined region.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Conceptualization and implementation of sales promotion strategies.
C. Others
- Perform any other duties assigned by Team Leader/Brand General Manager
Key Experience and Skills
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a college/university, preferably a graduate of a Marketing, Communication or Business Course
- 3-5 years’ experience in the related field
- Preferably with training background
- With passion in make-up and strong interest in Innisfree Products
- Understanding of industry, competitor brands and treatments, trends and changing customer behavior
Skill Sets
- Excellent technical training delivery, presentation, and group facilitation skills along with solid understanding of learning styles
- Good ability to write curriculum, training modules and presentations for delivery by sales team using computers and productivity software.
- Good project management skills to facilitate coordination with multiple departments.
- Relationship management skills to influence store managers, sellers as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill to persuade and influence others.
- Strong organization, time management and budget management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
