Responsible for guiding user research direction and designing and implementing user experience research plans.
Conduct in-depth analysis of industry user behavior to provide data support for the optimization of financial and accounting products.
Establish and manage a user research team, continuously enhancing the team's professional capabilities.
Collaborate closely with the product development team to translate research findings into product features.
Build and maintain a repository of research tools and methods to support various user research activities.

Job Requirements for User Research Director:

Education: Minimum of an associate's degree, preferably in psychology, marketing, or a related field;
Work Experience: Requires up to 1 year of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with user research or data analysis experience;
Skills and Abilities: Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in user research methodologies; strong communication and collaboration skills, with a strong team spirit;
Responsibilities: Responsible for organizing and conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, producing research reports, and providing data support for product improvements;
Working Conditions: Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with potential for overtime and travel;
Qualities and Traits: Highly responsible, detail-oriented, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
