Functional Overview:

The TS Procurement Associate provide effective support for vendors database, pricing, purchase request and IT assets records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Interfaces with TS Procurement Officer to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.

· Assists in canvassing, preparing, processing PR/PO.

· Reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items, and manages approval process.

· Identify opportunities to reduce cost and risk

· Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to Procurement Officer.

· Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to the requestors through Service Desks.

· Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.

· Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.

· Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports nonconformance’s.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Monitors and maintains records and inventories of IT purchased assets in Asset Inventory Tracker
