Job Description

• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop budgets and control profit and loss centers.
• Maintain a safe, well-maintained environment while optimizing staffing through effective manpower planning.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of managers and staff.
• Drive financial performance through budget management, revenue forecasting, and cost control. Ensure exceptional service and compliance with health and safety standards.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

The successful Restaurant Manager who will essentially lead the whole store

• Must have at least 8 years of experience currently in a similar role with leadership experience
• Must have handled fine dining concepts or came from the hospitality and hotel space
• Must be able to uphold the highest level of standards in this fine dining environment; which includes his/ her own presentation of self.
