Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in a related field such as HCI, Psychology, or Market Research.
Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students with a strong academic record and relevant project experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing, Market Research, User Research, and User Experience Design. Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Lead and conduct user research, analyze user behaviors and needs, provide insights for product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction.
Working Conditions: Office-setting with a possibility of remote work. Collaborative team environment with periodic travel for field research.
