1. Responsible to the acquisition of the asset, through purchase, construction or installation.

2. Responsible for the sale or disposal of the asset.

3. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date fixed asset inventory, including tracking the purchases, acquisition, disposal and movement of all fixed asset.

4. Conducts physical inventories of fixed assets on a regular basis.

5. Receives and inspects all fixed assets and supplies shipments.

6. Stores and manages all fixed assets and supplies in a secure & organized manner.

7. Reconcile inventory records with physical counts.

8. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on fixed assets.

9. Works with finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

10. A graduate of any business course with relevant experience related with the role.
