Job Scope:

Oversees the online sales operations of a business, focusing on driving digital sales growth and enhancing the customer experience. They are responsible for managing the online store, optimizing product listings, implementing marketing strategies, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. The E-Commerce Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure the success of the e-commerce platform and maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketplace

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Online Store Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.

Develop and Implement E-Commerce Strategies:

Create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and optimize sales.

Analyze Sales Data and Performance:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior, to make data-driven decisions for improving sales and customer experience.

Optimize User Experience (UX):

Continuously evaluate and enhance the user experience on the website, improving site navigation, mobile responsiveness, and checkout processes to boost customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience, from product discovery to order fulfillment.
