Required Qualifications

 Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with:

o WordPress website management

o Pantheon hosting environments

o WPML (WordPress Multilingual Plugin) for multi-language site

management

 Strong experience with website redirection management, URL structure

optimization, and site migration

 Proven track record of executing technical SEO strategies, including schema,

metadata optimization, crawl management, and site health monitoring

 Deep understanding of website performance optimization, including caching,

CDN configuration, image compression, and script minimization

 Experience leading M&A-related website migrations and sunset projects

 Proven experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other

monitoring tools

 Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple

priorities and timelines

 Experience working in fast-paced, global B2B environments

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
