About the Role:

Our Property and Casualty Insurance client is looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer to guide the development of backend web APIs and microservices. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in .NET technologies and database development, as well as the ability to lead a team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 3 to 5 developers in creating and enhancing backend web APIs.
• Design and implement microservice applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize database queries for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that backend solutions meet business requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience building applications using ASP.NET, C#, and Web APIs.
• Experience with database development (MS SQL, PostgreSQL).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• AWS Cloud knowledge, including services like Lambda and API Gateway.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
