Role Description

The position is primarily responsible for demand creation and territory management of cardiovascular-related products. Achievement of territory sales objectives, relationship building with customers (not limited to Interventional Cardiologist, TCVS, Neurosurgeons, Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgeons, Cathlab Nurses, Operating room Nurses) business development, product in-service, marketing programs implementation, compliance with company policies and procedures/standard operating procedures/work instructions, consignment management and administrative requirements inherent to the position.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages cardiovascular and associated products across multiple territories by forging relationships with Physicians, Surgeons, nurses, and Allied Health professionals across numerous specialties.
  • Have established experience in Interventional Cardiology/cardiothoracic surgery or Interventional Radiology, with strong relationships within these specialties.
  • Establishes KOLs as influencers, brand ambassadors, and speakers. Organizes the speaker’s bureau/forum, conducts in-service education, and provides product and procedure demonstrations to both medical and nursing staff.
  • Collaborates with the Clinical site to develop a consignment model and level that promotes the use and coverage of the company's product portfolio, manages the consignment, and ensures timely and fit-for-purpose communication with the site, including stock reconciliation.
  • Ensures achievement of territory sales target, market share target, new account penetration, new business leads, and marketing program implementation utilizing G-force to deliver desired sales results.
  • Gathers, consolidates, and uses facts and data to make sound business decisions. Prepares and presents territory performance during Business Review meetings.
  • Delivers product communication messages to customers during call coverage.
  • Conducts customer profiling and targeting for the territory’s customer master plan.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures and submits relevant reports promptly.
  • Collaborates with multi-departmental and inter-departmental internal and external KOLs to achieve a timely and successful bid/tender campaign for the product portfolio and contract agreements.
  • Thinks “Beyond the Device” leverages expert knowledge and strategy to foster relationships and add value to healthcare across various specialties in the Philippines.
  • Understand the company’s product portfolio to leverage business opportunities outside of its specialty.


Qualifications

  • Graduate of a four-year course, preferably a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Registered Medical Representative at the PRC and other allied Medical courses.
  • Preferably with more than one year of working experience in cardiovascular-related pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales, but not limited to PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) products.
  • Basic knowledge in computer software application, Selling skills, Account Management, results-oriented, preferably with consignment and inventory management
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
