• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple online stores on Lazada platform
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any product related issues
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability on the platform
• Analyze sales and product performance data to identify areas of improvement for store operations
• Ensure compliance with Lazada policies and procedures, including promotion guidelines and customer service standards
• Collaborate with Lazada business development team for seasonal campaigns and promotions
• Provide timely response to customer queries and complaints raised through the platform messaging system

As a Lazada Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the everyday operations of an ecommerce store on Lazada platform.
