Mortgage Broking Trainers are mainly responsible for creating processes, guiding, supporting and training new and existing Mortgage Broking Virtual Assistants to ensure they’re at their optimum performance in their job responsibilities. You will also liaise between VAs and their respective Australian Mortgage Brokers.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)

• At least 2 years of proven knowledge and experience in Mortgage Broking support (Australia) 
• Experience in Virtual Assistant industry is preferred
• Experience in training staff is highly preferred
• Excellent in verbal and written English communication
• Excellent in organizational tasks and time management
• Accustomed to creating Training Manuals and Decks
• Can sustain a high-pressure, high-demand and fast-paced environment
• With the possibility to work-from-home!

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Train and guide new employees    
• Provide Ad Hoc support for VAs as they go through their tasks
• Provide assistance in developing processes for Task Management
• Communicate training needs and online resources
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that VAs are performing the job responsibilities
