The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to build, enhance, and maintain the brand image of the Agribusiness group. This role involves market research, product development, advertising, and promotional activities to ensure brand alignment with company goals. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to position the brand effectively.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content and advertising materials.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Product Development:

  • Work with product development teams to ensure new products align with the brand identity and meet market demands.
  • Conduct product launches and promotional activities to generate awareness and drive sales.

Brand Communication:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
  • Create compelling brand stories and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and manage the brand's presence on social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, distributors, and media outlets.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve brand performance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on brand performance for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the agribusiness sector, animal health, animal nutrition or a related industry.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, analytics tools).
