Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting for the company and affiliates.
• Prepare timely month-end and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial statements.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls.
• Recommend policy improvements for financial efficiency.
• Supervise accounting staff.

• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and funding.
• Lead the budgeting process and consolidate budgets.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances, ensuring approvals for deviations.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and petty cash handling.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, local authorities).
• Provide timely financial reporting and communications.

• Perform additional responsibilities as required by the company.

• At least 5 years but no more than 10 years of experience in Finance and Taxation.
• Experience in multinational corporations is a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of 5 or more.
• Expertise in Philippine taxation laws and regulations, including handling BIR reporting and audits.
• Strong personality with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• CPA license is a plus but not required.

Work Setup : Mondays to Fridays

Salary : Php 80,000 - 100,000
