Assist all dfdsfd staff, specializing in Accounting & Finance, with IT hardware/software issues.
Maintain and upgrade systems to ensure reliability and security.
Document technical knowledge and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Collaborate with team to optimize IT support processes.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree; further technical training or certifications in IT preferred.
Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience in IT technical support or related fields.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in IDC Operation, ERP Operation, and Database Operation. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with support ticketing systems.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Write training manuals and train computer users.
Working Conditions: This role may require working in shifts and being on call to ensure 24/7 support. The position may involve sitting for long periods and working in front of a computer screen.
Qualities and Traits: Candidates should have excellent communication skills, patience, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
