Key Responsibilities:

Leads Management and Sales Execution

• Contact potential clients from Company-provided leads via phone.
• Present and explain loan products, terms, and requirements to clients.
• Identify client needs and match them with the most suitable loan product.
• Persuade and convert leads into successful loan applications.
• Meet or exceed monthly loan application and approval targets.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building

• Establish rapport with prospective clients and address their inquiries professionally.
• Follow through on leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Provide clients with assistance in completing loan applications and submitting requirements.
• Maintain excellent client service to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Reporting and Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and lending regulations.
• Provide feedback to Telesales Supervisor on client concerns and market trends.

Personal Development

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide better client support.

Other Sales-related Tasks

• Perform other Sales-related tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Telesales Supervisor.
• Support special projects, campaigns, or initiatives as required to achieve business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Senior high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
