JOB OBJECTIVE:

    Responsible to assists in the development of employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, high performance and promote the 7 corporate values: Excellence, Customer Dedication, Professionalism, Honesty and Integrity, Respect, Teamwork and Communication, and Sense of Ownership. Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Unit. Responsible to assist carry out various areas of HR such as departmental development, HRIS and payroll system, employee relations, training and development, benefits and compensation, job recruitment and on-boarding, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.


Work Setup and Schedule: Office Based/ 9am- 6pm Monday to Friday


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment and Placement, Employee Relations, Company benefits, Training & Developments and etc.
  • Assists attend to applicants (gives initial forms and questionnaires)
  • Assists monitor status of applicants
  • Assists and monitor new employee for issuance of swiper card, company ID and uniforms 
  • Assists in the compliance for Payroll/ATM accounts requirements
  • Prepares of Birthday List of employees and requisition of company gifts
  • Liaison to payroll bank and other government agency/institutions;
  • Monitoring of office supplies, medicine supplies and preparation of request
  • Facilitates enrollments, changes, and terminations of enrollment in all benefit plans and program (GPA, HMO, etc.).
  • Monitors/assigns reference number to TSC/TRF, maintain records and coordinate with concerned unit/department
  • Compiles/provides records/documents needed by Marketing for bidding/accreditation requirements
  • Prepares documents relative to the resignations, clearances, termination, suspension and computation of amount dues for separated employees.
  • Prepares and monitors probationary/casual employees due for evaluation and regularization.
  • Prepares Manpower Reports
  • Prepares reportorial compliances for SSS, DOLE and other concerned government agencies.
  • Employee relations:
  • Assists in the maintenance of updated 201 File of employees
  • Assists attend to various personnel updates (status, exemptions, dependents, etc.)
  • Assists in monitoring of compliance to Administrative and HR Policies (dress code, time-keeping, break-periods, etc.) and have them escalated to HR Unit Head
  • Assists in the employees’ availment of various governmental / company benefits and claims (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth, Insurance, HMO, Loans, etc.)


Requirements

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management and other equivalent courses

Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

Language skills: Level 3: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondences.

Mathematical skills: Level 4: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning ability: Level 4: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete

variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of

instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
